On July 31, 1992 Mark S. Chandlee became an Associate Attorney with the Law Firm of Eugene M. Zoglio, P.A. Mr. Chandlee handles all criminal and traffic matters including Administrative Hearings for the firm. Prior to his employment with Eugene M. Zoglio, P.A. Mr. Chandlee was an Assistant State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, Maryland. In that capacity Mr. Chandlee prosecuted cases in the District, Juvenile and Circuit Courts of Prince George’s County, Maryland. While in the State’s Attorney’s Office Mr. Chandlee served in the Narcotics Unit and later in the Major Crimes Unit of that office prosecuting all felony criminal matters. Mr. Chandlee also represented the State before the Grand Jury during his tenure with the State’s Attorney’s Office.

Prior to his employment with the State’s Attorney’s Office Mr. Chandlee was an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Miller and Webster, P.A. in Clinton, Maryland where he was engaged in the general practice of law.

While attending law school, Mr. Chandlee served as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office under Maryland Rule 18 (presently Rule 16) where he prosecuted misdemeanor criminal cases in the District Court of Maryland. Following graduation from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1987 Mr. Chandlee served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Ernest A. Loveless, Jr., Chief Judge of the Seventh Circuit Court for Maryland.

Since passing the Maryland Bar in 1987, Mr. Chandlee has been affiliated with a number of legal associations including the Maryland Bar Association; the Prince George’s County Bar Association (where he served a term as a member of the Board of Directors); the Anne Arundel County Bar Association; the American Bar Association; the District of Columbia Bar Association; and the United State’s District Court Bar. In 1993 Governor Parris Glendening appointed Mr. Chandlee to the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Oversight Committee, where he worked in Annapolis with Maryland Legislators until 1999. In 1999 Governor Glendening appointed Mr. Chandlee to serve on the Judicial Nominating Commission for Calvert and St. Mary’s Counties, which aids in the selection process for Judges of the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland.

Mr. Chandlee, a life long resident of the State of Maryland, has consistently remained active in his community; He has served on the Boys and Girls Club of America for Calvert County Board of Directors; the Peach Blossom Farm Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors; the Villages of Marlborough Condominium Association Board of Directors; the Greater Marlboro Civic Association Board of Directors; and the Prince George’s County Mental Health Association Board of Directors.
